Shetland Foodbank still very busy. Latest statistics published today by The Trussell Trust show UK-wide foodbank figures are still increasing. Between 1st April 2016 and 31st March 2017, 1,182,954 three day emergency food supplies were provided to people in crisis in the UK. This represents a 9% increase on the 2015/16 year figure.
